Full steam ahead for Norfolk Day!

There are a plethora of events being organised to celebrate the first ever Norfolk Day on Friday July 27th.

But one that’s really tickled our taste buds and fired up our interest is the launch of Greater Anglia’s inaugural farmers’ market at Norwich station.

Firstly, it’s free – and that’s for stallholders as well as the public. Secondly, there’s going to be a small display with facts and a bit of history about Norfolk and our wonderful dialect. Thirdly, well, we love any opportunity to celebrate the wealth of fabulous Norfolk local produce and crafts!

The event runs from 11am to around 5pm and will take place on the main concourse at the train station. If you are a stall holder selling anything from fruit and veg to crafts, as long as it’s from Norfolk, Greater Anglia wants to hear from you! Email Nicola Garwood at nicola.garwood@greateranglia.co.uk to book your space.
