Norfolk meets South America

Norfolk meets South America at Briarfields next month when head chef Daniel Trench and his team will be serving a regionally inspired five-course menu matched with wines from the New World, selected and presented by Lee Evans of Condor Wines.

Kicking off with canapés and a passionfruit Martini cocktail, the menu will feature beef empanadas with crab croustades, seafood ceviche and slow-cooked Argentinian-style beef with black bean croquette.

The event takes place on Friday 23 November from 7.30pm and, for those who would rather not worry about a taxi, the hotel is offering a special DBB rate of £250 per couple to include the South American dining experience.
